About Hugg Trust

The Leola W. & Charles H. Hugg Trust, in memory of James N. and Lillian C. Wheeless, was established under the will of the late Leola Wheeless Hugg of Houston, Texas in memory of her parents.  Mrs. Hugg was a devoted and long-time school teacher.  She was raised and educated in Williamson County, Texas.

This trust was created under Mrs. Hugg’s will for the benefit of deserving Williamson County, Texas students.  According to the terms of the trust, scholarship awards are made to deserving Williamson County students pursuant to the policies and procedures of the trustees.
