Scholarship Policies & Procedures

To the extent funds are available, scholarship awards are made to full-time students enrolled in undergraduate study in a college or university of their choice.  Awards are made solely for the purpose of assisting students to complete their undergraduate work, including but not limited to such expenses as tuition, room, board, fees and other expenses directly related to their education.  Applicants attending trade and technical schools are not eligible for the Hugg Trust scholarship.
