Application Deadline

All completed applications must be received by the May 1st deadline.  The trustees meet annually during May to grant scholarship awards to selected students for the upcoming school year. Applicants are notified of scholarship decisions by mail by the end of May.

Please fill out the PDF file on your computer, then print, sign, and mail it to the address on the application.
