High School Counselors

The Hugg Trust scholarship is available to students who are in the top 25% of their graduating class.  Each applicant must submit the following information by May 1.

• A completed application form

• A recommendation letter from a high school counselor or teacher

• An official high school transcript showing class rank and GPA (we do not need college transcripts for dual credit courses)

• A copy of the FAFSA Submission Summary showing a Student Aid Index (SAI) number

We hope you will encourage all of your top 25% students to apply!

We invite you to add this information to any websites highlighting outside scholarships and make students aware of this opportunity through morning announcements.

This is not a one time scholarship; students are able to reapply every year.  While the renewal of the scholarship is not automatic, it can be awarded each year the student is enrolled in college and meets the eligibility requirements.
